Notes:
- From October 1 – March 31 there is a 3 month minimum stay
- From April 1 – September 30, only the monthly rate is available.
- Rates include water, sewer, trash and facility use for 2 adults.
- Electric power is metered at each site and payment is due each month. The rate charged is based upon the current FPL prices and is subject to change.
- Additional overnight guests are $2.00 per person, per night for all rates.
- All fees are to be paid in advance and are not refundable.
