Notes:
- From October 1 – March 31 there is a 3 month minimum stay
- From April 1 – September 30, only the monthly rate is available.

Rates include water, sewer, trash and facility use for 2 adults.

Electric power is metered at each site and payment is due each month. The rate charged is based upon the current FPL prices and is subject to change. There will be a Deposit fee of $100.00 For electric which will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, providing all payments are paid in full.

Additional overnight guests are $2.00 per person, per night for all rates.

Mayberry’s RV & MH Park is an Adult 55+ community.
All service providers and contractors must register with the office and have a copy of their certificate of liability insurance on file in the office before work is started.
