From April 1 – September 30, only Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates are available
From October 1 – March 31 or November 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027 there is a 4 month minimum stay

All service providers and contractors must register with the office and have a copy of their certificate of liability insurance on file in the office before work is started.
